The host was very welcoming and helpful, giving great recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. The rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, and always smelled amazing. Complimentary coffee and water were a nice touch. Each room had a TV, reliable internet, and cold AC, making the stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a safe and relaxing stay. 10/10!
Small and very nice hotel. It's brand new with modern decor. Rooms are on the smaller side, but very comfortable. Excellent attention from the owners and staff. The only downside could be that it's a longish walk down the dusty Av Gran Vision to the downtown area if you don't have a car.
Great short stay. Super friendly owner. Immaculate room though no shelves or wardrobe but no issues for short stay. Supermarket across the road. 15minutes walk into town. Would have loved to stay longer but visa issues won't let us. And then there are the hummingbirds! What a bonus!

Best Hotel in Creel, the main street in Creel, is under construction, so Colibrí is a good option to stay out of the noise. The private tour to Barrancas is a new experience and worth the price. Just 10 min walking away from the center to eat, but it's OK.
I liked the hotel a lot, but the internet/wifi service was really bad, almost unusable. We did report it to the front desk, but we were told that it is like that everywhere on Creel. If you need the internet to upload photos or work, I would stay away. (Random disconnects, super slow) Rooms: 4/5. They are small; it's fine for two people but might be too crowded for 3-4 ppl. They have nice hot water and use split systems for room heating, which is great. Service: 5/5. Very friendly and helpful lady. Location: 5/5. Fifteen-minute walk to the Creel letters/Train station.
La atención fue muy amable, las habitaciones están muy bien, cómodas, limpias, si el objetivo es pasear y no estar dentro de una propiedad está muy bien. Tienen secadora de cabello, café, shampoo, jabon, agua. Enfrente hay dos supermercados y un restaurante que nos recomendaron,, está muy cerca de la calle principal del centro.
